This 20-minute Standing Yoga Flow is a Wrist-Free & Hands-Free Yoga Practice for Balance and Leg Strength. We improve our balancing skills and increase leg strength without putting weight on our shoulders, arms, hands, and wrists. We start and end in Mountain Pose; there are no seated or supine poses. We explore variations of chair pose, lunges, and other movements to improve balance and concentration. The standing flow helps to work the lower body and increase strength and stability. This is a great practice to do when you need to avoid putting weight on the upper body but still want a strong yoga flow class.
