M17 Emulationstation Stock FW Unlocked Settings Menu!!

PLEASE NOTICE!!! :

There is Loop bug after binding controls or if you delay press START after boot!!!

To enter settings, press START just after boot. When you back to game system, select controls binding will trigger anyway, this is normal - community is working on solution. 

It's released to community for tinkering, and for everyone to help find the best way to setup and fix it:)
