Dry brushing uses a soft bristle brush over the body in a particular pattern. In order to effectively improve lymphatic flow and stimulate the lymphatic system, sequencing and technique used with dry brushing does matter. So in this video I am going to show the proper step-by-step sequence and technique for lymphatic drainage using a dry brush for the face.
