The 1986 agreement between Ronald Reagan and Helmut Kohl provided the withdrawal of all American chemical weapons from Clausen, West Germany, to Johnston Atoll, South Pacific, via the port of Nordenham. The operation started in July 1990 and ended in September 1990. The video shows two ammuntion trains and one escort train near Ludwigshafen /Rhein on their way to Nordenham in the late afternoon in September 1990. For further information see Wikipedia.
