Outdoor Moments - the quiet pond

Are you a bit weary of the frantic pace of so much of the content on social media, or all the other things you're trying to get done online? In this video I just want to share with you a few peaceful minutes of near-stillness, some time just to sit and observe very small things happening, especially if you don't have so much opportunity to get outside at the moment. It's among the reasons I love to spend time in the outdoors and helping others have that opportunity too.
This pond was once a small quarry for the estate, I think, near where I live, here in Scotland. It's easy to miss from the tracks nearby, a place I found during local lockdown explorations, earlier in the Summer. It was nearing sunset when I filmed this, Pheasant calling further away in the woodland, small birds calling quietly to each other.
