Dr Alex graduated from the University of Exeter Medical School in 2015, and this summer the University welcomed him back to Exeter to receive an Honorary Degree in recognition of his campaign for extra psychological support for young people. We spoke to Alex about how his time studying medicine here shaped his commitment to mental health, and he shared his top tips for how students and graduates can look after their mental wellbeing.
