Makanan satu ini lagi hits banget di layanan aplikasi pemesanan online. Kali ini aku mau bagi resep Salad Buah yang dikombinasikan dengan yoghurt dan mayonnaise. Buah-buahan yang digunakan mudah didapat dan tentunya sehat karena kaya akan vitamin dan mineral. Cocok untuk hidangan penutup keluarga di rumah.

Resep Salad Buah

Bahan :
1 cup semangka
1 cup melon
1 cup pir
1 cup stroberi
1 cup anggur
1 cup nata de coco
1 cup fruit cocktail
1 cup jelly rasa leci

Dressing :
1 cup mayonnaise
1,5 cup plain yoghurt (kental)
5 sdm susu kental manis
2 sdm air jeruk lemon
Keju parut sesuai selera

Langkah :
1. campurkan semua buah-buahan, jelly, dan nata de coco
2. campurkan mayonaise, yoghurt, dan kental manis
3. buat garnish dari potongan stroberi dan anggur
4. susun ke dalam wadah. dimulai dari paling bawah: buah, dressing, keju parut, dilapisi lagi dengan buah, dressing, dan keju parut
5. garnish di atasnya
6. sajikan selagi dingin

Creamy but Fresh: Fruit Salad Recipe

Fruit Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup watermelon
1 cup cantaloupe
1 cup pears
1 cup strawberries
1 cup grapes
1 cup Nata de Coco
1 cup fruit cocktail
1 cup lychee-flavored jelly

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1.5 cup plain yogurt (thick)
5 tbsp condensed milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
Grated cheese, to taste

Steps:
1. Combine all the fruits, jelly, and Nata de Coco.
2. Combine the mayonnaise, yogurt, and condensed milk.
3. Make the garnish from strawberries and grapes.
4. Arrange in a bowl, starting from the bottom: fruits, dressing, grated cheese, and layered once more with fruits, dressing, and grated cheese.
5. Place the garnish on top.
6. Serve chilled.
