Delicious Tofu Steak recipe
Cut tofu into 2 slices and press with paper towels to absorb excess moisture. Place tofu in marinade, spoon marinade over the top, and cover. Marinate tofu 1 hour (or up to 24 in the refrigerator), turning periodically.

Preheat grill or a grill pan to medium-high. Brush grill grate with oil. Remove tofu from marinade and grill, covered, until crisp, about ⏰ 3 minutes per side.

For the salad, combine cucumber, tomatoes, onion, pepperoncini, oregano, lemon juice, and oil; season with salt and pepper. Serve steaks with salad and Pita Wedges.
