Barkha Dutt speaks to Former IPS Officer Meeran Chadha Borwankar in the 33rd episode of our podcast 'Inside Out with Barkha Dutt'.

Meeran served as the former Maharashtra IG (Prisons), and oversaw the hangings of Ajmal Kasab and Yakub Memon. She is the only woman IPS officer in India to have witnessed hangings. She spoke to Barkha Dutt about the hangings of Ajmal Kasab in 2012 and Yakub Memon in 2015.
