Good Morning, Factivists. Tonight we discuss the impending indictment of The Orange Jackaloon. We believe this is just the beginning. Suffice it to say that the indictments get worse as we move along.

However, the notion that this is a "witch hunt" as described by many members of the GOP is pure and utter bullshit. This is a legitimate investigation and indictment for crimes committed in the State of New York. There is one federal charge, reportedly. We'll know more tomorrow.

It isn't the Democrats indicting him. It isn't Alvin Bragg indicting him. It is a grand jury of common citizens who have heard evidence presented to them and have decided Donald Trump's actions were indeed criminal. For the record, this is how it works in America. And it's time that "former" presidents are view for what they are: Once their term of office is up, they are common citizens. Period. End of story. And they are subjected to the same rule of law as everyone else.
