The NAR (National Association of Realtor) settlement was enacted into law on August 17th, 2024, and Realtors are now working with new rules regarding fees and disclosures. What is not in the news is that in the PNW, Realtors are members of the Northwest MLS, which is a private MLS that had already adapted to many of the requirements of the settlement over the last few years.
