Began this project during September of 2023.
Added two apple trees, transplanted Allium, Sedum, Goldenrod, Phlox, and Obedient Plants throughout September. Then in November covered the area with cardboard, then topsoil, then mulch and in December planted native wildflowers over the top. I also planted a couple dozen milk jugs with native seeds Christmas Eve and let sit through the winter, transplanting them throughout the summer as they grew. I have also transplanted other larger plants through the summer acquired elsewhere.
This is year one, I am told they will not reach full maturity until year three.
