Man, was I off!? Not even close.

This beautiful and stunning Anthem XL by Symphony Homes is just north of 3 Million...and some.

However, I fell like there's just something that is missing for so much house....a pool.

The curb appeal is definitely there, the stunning door is there, the size of every bedroom is perfect. My favorite areas were definitely: the Master bedroom with the views, ceiling height, but especially the master bathroom - beautifully done, with the convenience of a large walk-in closet and stackable washer/dryer combo.

Not necessarily second to the latter, the great room...my goodness is that an attention catcher. The 19' ceilings with exposed beams, with plenty of windows, and the use of steel railing and 2-story fireplace, make this home one of my favorites in this year's parade.

Another standout was, the hidden garage area behind the movie theater. Although the home already boasts an in-home gym, I would rather move the gym to this garage....am I the only thinking this?

Lastly, who can forget the main kitchen, but also the butler's kitchen. Both of these were perfectly done with attention to detail, and beautiful upgrades and finishes.

Yes, 3.3 Million is a lot, but I can see why.
