Make this soft, fudgy eggless chocolate cake with no oven in just one pan! Easy, moist, rich, and topped with glossy chocolate sauce. Perfect no-bake dessert for beginners!‪@Theapron41‬

For the best results, I recommend using a kitchen scale to measure ingredients in grams, as this gives the most accurate and consistent outcome. But if you don’t have a scale, no worries! i have include cup measurements and ounces so you can still follow along. thanks

Ingredients:
Brown sugar- 100g, ½ cup, 3.5 oz
Cocoa powder- 45g, ½ cup, 1.5 oz
Hot water - 150ml, ⅔ cup, 5.oz
White vinegar- 1 tbsp, 15 ml, 0.5 oz
Vanilla extract- 1 tbsp, 15 ml, 0.5 oz
Warm Milk- 120ml, ½ cup, 4 oz
Vegetable oil- 100ml, ⅓ cup, 3.5 oz

Flour - 200g, 1 ⅔ cups, 7 oz
Baking powder - 1 tsp, 4g, 0.15 oz
Baking soda- 1 tsp, 5g, 0.18 oz
Salt- ⅓ tsp, 2g, 0.07 oz

Cream- 125 ml, ½ cup, 4.25 oz
Chocolate chips- 200g, 1¼ cups, 7.05 oz
Butter- 40g, ¼ cup, 1.40 oz

methods:

1-Make the Wet Mix:
In a bowl, mix brown sugar, sifted cocoa powder, and hot water (to bloom the cocoa).
Add white vinegar, vanilla extract, warm milk, and vegetable oil.
Mix well and set aside.
2-Prepare the Dry Mix:
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Sift well for a smooth texture.
3-Combine Wet & Dry:
Pour the wet mixture into the dry.
Gently mix until smooth — don’t overmix.
4-Pan Prep:
Grease a thick-bottom pan and line with baking paper.
Pour batter (fill only 30% of the pan).
5-Cook on Stove:
Place on low to medium heat, cover with a lid.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the cake rest for 10–15 minutes after turning off the heat.
6-Make the Chocolate Sauce:
Heat cream in a pan, then turn off the heat.
Add chopped chocolate, rest for 2–3 mins, then whisk.
Add butter for a shiny, smooth finish.
7-Assemble & Serve:
Unmold the cake, remove baking paper.
Pour warm chocolate sauce over the top.
Let it drip, soak in… and enjoy!
