Finally arriving at week 4, a taper week, which eases off the intensity and distance in the sub 22 min 5k training plan whilst recovering from patellofemoral pain syndrome. In this video I vlog thoughts about the upcoming attempt, the culmination of the training plan for the race itself, whilst dealing with the body's reaction to the accumulation of previous weeks of training efforts.

This week in my life of a 5k training plan highlights hill reps, easy pace 5km with strides and some gentle trail runs. Plus, trying to deal with the mental preparation required for the actual sub 22 min 5km run.
