Скачать или смотреть DIY Simple Doorway Hangboard Mount (high clearance, no backboard)

Decided to design this hangboard mount as I felt the wooden backboard all the other designs used was redundant and without it the hangboard is much more compact and portable. This design is good if you have a low doorframe and or ceiling because it will give you the most ground clearance possible. I found that the hangboard stayed on pretty well without tape on the mounts and was much easier to remove when I just wanted to use the pull-up bar. IMPORTANT:
Forgot to mention that when you countersink the bolts (this step is not necessary but it will make it much nicer) don't drill all the way through with the 1/2" drill bit! If you do your bolts will just slide right through. I'd recommend drilling 1/4"-1/2" deep.

Don't overtighten the bolts!

-Hangboard
-Iron Gym pull-up bar
-½” x 4” galvanized nipple (2)
-½” floor flange (2)
-¼” x 3" 307a Hex Tap bolt (8) *length might differ for your hangboard
-7/16” hex nut (8)

For phone holder:
-GoPro curved adhesive mount *depending on hangboard flat adhesive mount will be better
-GoPro quick-release mount
-GoPro 90-degree adapter
-GoPro to camera mount adapter
-phone to tripod mount *I used the Joby Griptight
