Ziv is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who brings a grounded, compassionate, and client-centred approach to therapy. Ziv holds a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Spiritual Care from Wilfrid Laurier University and integrates both emotional and existential dimensions of healing into her work. She has specialized training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and has completed the Intensive Sex Therapy Training Program at the University of Guelph. Drawing from an eclectic, evidence-based framework, she weaves together modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness.
