This is a tutorial/guide on how to upload high quality edits and AMVs onto platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube by using Handbrake to compress your edits without losing quality. As a result, you cut down the file size and save storage, but most importantly avoid heavy compression from the algorithm. The higher the file size and resolution, the worse the quality of your post will look. Therefore, using Handbrake to compress and downscale your edit before uploading ensures the quality looks close to the original without heavy compression.

If you have an NVIDIA graphics card, like a GTX 1080 or RTX 3060, I recommend using the first preset. If you do not have a dedicated graphics card, or use an AMD GPU, you would need to use the second preset. The first preset uses the H.264 (NVEnc) video encoder which results in faster conversion when using Handbrake.
