METHOD:

Woodland Ruffles and Curls

Mesh: Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 10in long

Ribbon Tails: Cut 12in long

Bottom- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 10in long

Top- Cut Woodland Ruffles 20in long and cut Curls 10in long

For Bottom you will need 10 Striped Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in and 20 Yellow Curls cut at 10in

For Top you will need 8 Striped Woodland Ruffles cut at 20in and 16 Yellow Curls cut at 10in

Ribbons Cut- 12in long
