Jazz Potpourri to me means having a rich palette of diverse top jazz selections ranging from the best of the Great American Songbook, selections from the jazz masters including Duke Ellington, Billy Strayhorn, Tadd Dameron, Dizzy Gillespie, plus uplifting Negro spirituals gospel classics as exemplified by Grant Green in his recording, Feelin’ the Spirit. Also including South American/Brazilian masterpieces as well as some top World Music pieces. Please join me on Saturday, September 7 at 1 pm in the afternoon for More Jazz Potpourri!
