In this Video:

Today we look at a horse that has previously been diagnosed with palmar hoof pathology effecting the navicular bursae and flexor tendon. I decide to apply this particular shoe as I believe it with help reduce some of the pressure experienced in the back half of the foot and add some of the biomechanis back into the foot. The greatest benefit was all in the trim by restoring a better hoof pastern axis and overall hoof balance.

Hey Guys
My name is Alex Ridgeway, I am a Farrier in Newmarket, England. I created this channel to share some of my experiences working with horses. I aim to create entertaining videos as part of my farrier vlog, but I will let you be the judge of that!
