(Ingredients)
LEGENT: 1 oz (approx. 29.5 ml)
Mito's Kairakuen 5-Year Umeshu (Plum Wine): 0.25 oz (approx. 7.4 ml)
Syrup: 0.25 oz (approx. 7.4 ml)
Tosa Boten "Yamayuzu Shibori" (Yuzu Liqueur): 0.5 oz (approx. 14.8 ml)
Lemon Juice: 0.5 oz (approx. 14.8 ml)
Red Wine (Syrah or Gamay): 0.5 oz (approx. 14.8 ml)

(How to Make)
In a shaker, combine all ingredients except for the red wine with ice (not listed in measurements) and shake well. Strain into a glass and float the red wine on top.
