Palo Duro Canyon State Park

This week on Family Traveling USA, we visit for the first time and camp in our rooftop tent at Palo Duro Canyon State Park in the Texas Panhandle! This beautiful State Park is only about 30 minutes away from Downtown Amarillo! We camped at the Fortress Cliff Camp area. We hiked at the Rock Garden Trail. We saw a lot of wildlife: a coyote, lizards, a bunny, deer, ants, flies, and bees! Overall, we had a great trip and will definitely visit again!
