The U.S. eastern seaboard is being pounded by another freezing storm.
The strong winds and heavy snow have left more than one million homes without power in the Northeast and Midwest.
Winds of up to 115 kilometers an hour have severely disrupted transportation services,.. including the cancellation of more than two-and-a-half thousand U.S. flights.
Over the Atlantic,... the death toll from the extremely cold weather has risen.
More than 60 people in Europe have reportedly died due to the sub-freezing conditions.
It's also causing transport chaos with roads under centimeters of snow and flights grounded.
The extreme cold snap was brought by a Siberian weather system and is being felt as far south as Spain and Portugal.
