~ Mix Veg Poha ~

Ingredients: (for 2-3 people)
Poha- 1 cup (300 gms)
Water as required
Oil- 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Few curry leaves
Chopped onions- 1/4 cup
Chopped capsicum- 1/4 cup
Chopped carrots- 1/4 cup
Salt
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder- 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Chopped green chillies- 1 tbsp
Tomato- 1/4 cup
Roasted peanuts- 1/8 cup
Boiled peas- 1/8 cup

Serve with plain chach, tea or any beverage you like.
