Tiger Cookies with Langue de Chat Recipe

Whenever I have an extra egg white, I immediately think of Langue de Chat. Simple to make but the taste is great. And to give this baking a happy new year atmosphere, I changed the basic shape to cute tigers. Let's try it!
Ingredients:
110g unsalted butter-soften
70g sugar ( This amount of sugar is just right for me because I don't like it too sweet. If you like it sweet, you can add more sugar but only 100g maximum.)
1 pinch of salt
1/2tsp vanilla
100g egg white-room temperature
120g cake flour
