Farewell, my teenage years. My inner child can't really acknowledge the fact that I'm 20 (and that I've made it this far in life). So sick. It's my 5th birthday collab already, and I don't encourage favoritism toward children but this one... This one hits differently. I chose this song because it resonates with me on many levels. I don't want to get all sappy here, I guess what I want to say is that I'm so grateful for all the people I've met since I joined this community. Relationships don't come easily for me but damn, these people make it worth it. I don't think I've ever felt so loved and appreciated before. Prior to joining this community, my birthday had been just a sad reminder of how lonely I used to be. I haven't felt this way for over 5 years now and... I might be bold or naive to say it but I believe I'll never feel this way again. And I guess this is the best gift I could ever receive.
