Hey guys,

today we were out with a boat and I wanted to find out if it is possible to start and land with the Mavic from there?

There are two different ways to do this..

Way 1: switch off ground sensors, then you can catch the mavic in air and hold the left stick down to turn it off

Way 2:
If the bottom sensor is switched on, just hold your hand flat about 30cm below the mavic and hold the left stick down. Mavic will land on your hand and turn off motors.

but be careful with Way 2!
never try to catch the mavic, drone will try to fly away !!

to hand start the mavic: hold it away from you and press the left stick (downleft) and the right stick (downright) at the same time, motors will start.
then press the left stick up and mavic will start fly. Never try this stick combination when drone fly! (Emergency Turnoff)

to learn how it works, please make some tests on a save place!
