To truly maximize your character's power in The Elder Scrolls Online, you will need to properly learn how to weapon swap and use both of your skill bars. With so many new players coming to the game, i see a lot of people being confused by this concept, so today's ESO guide will cover my thought process on how i set up my characters skill bars to utilize weapon swap in a way that makes sense to me.
