Rebuilding my F87 M2 Competition after a crank hub failure

Crank hub failure on this F87 M2 Competition, which caused the valves to give a quick kiss to all the pistons.

I documented the repair process as well as I could to show the story.

Crank hub repair and capture from @Vargas Turbocharger Technologies and replaced all of the exhaust valves in house. All parts were OE except for the crank hub repair.

We’re a repair facility in South Florida and BMWs are our main mark. Many will probably question doing the valves in house, but I can say with certainty that I leak checked the assembly after install and the car runs perfect. I even went as far to track test the repairs.

Car rips and runs great, even after a few track days!
