🇨🇦 Kingston, Ontario Canada Walking Tour | City Walks [4K HDR/60fps]

Kingston is a Canadian city on Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the two major rivers. It's known as the "Limestone City" for its grand 19th-century buildings, including the lakeside Kingston City Hall where we start our walk.

Kingston was named the first capital of the United Province of Canada on February 10, 1841. While its time as a capital city was short (ending in 1844), the community has remained an important installation in Canadian culture.

The city is a regional centre of education and health care, being home to two major universities, a large vocational college, and three major hospitals. The grand house and gardens of the Bellevue House National Historic Site commemorate Canada's first prime minister, Sir John A. Macdonald, who is also Canada's first Prime Minister.
