Gran Turismo 3 - Reverse Shifting Test Trials

Always wondered if I could use reverse to shift, reminds me of how Gran Turismo 1's audio handled it too.
EDIT (October 15th 2021): I never really thought to look up if anyone else had found this method out, but I did feel like I couldn't have been the only one who played around with buttons this way. https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/thread...
