Fast food restaurants have a wide range of policies regarding antibiotic use - the four Antibiotic Use policies are:

No Antibiotic Use Policy
No Medically Important Antibiotics
Therapeutic Antibiotic Use Only

Chipotle serves chicken and beef raised with “no antibiotics ever” - as of February 2020, half of the pork served by Chipotle is raised with “no antibiotics ever” and the other half is raised without medically important antibiotics.

Panera

Panera serves chicken, pork and turkey raised with “no antibiotics ever” - additionally, Panera serves grass fed beef that is only given antibiotics if an animal is sick.
