The main symptom was water was not dispensing or ice, and it was not cooling properly. Also on the refrigerator display it kept on showing four blinking zeros going from left or right. Surprisingly, it was a bad motherboard once I inspected the back of the refrigerator. The old motherboard had some worn components, and I saw two main resistors that had some burn marks. Also, while I was in the back, I decided to clean all the dust and dirt that was in the vents. i’m glad this fix was under $100 instead of replacing the whole refrigerator for over $1000.

A refrigerator blinking zeros (00 00) usually signals a problem with the main control board or a communication error between boards, often due to a power surge, causing display/light failures but it can also point to sensor issues or software glitches.
