Hunting for Style: a History of the Homburg

Historically second only to the top hat in formality, the homburg, named after the German spa city of Bad Homburg, started out as a humble hunting hat before being propelled into the world of fashion by king Edward VII, and then being taken up by politicians such as Churchill, Anthonly Eden, and featured in films like the Godfather.
