DISHWASHING LIQUID DETERGENT WITH A HIGH FOAMING POWER / Full recipe included /32-35ltrs

Wondering how to make high foaming and active Dishwashing liquid with balanced PH?

That is what this video os all about.

We will be making a dishwashing multipurpose liquid of which the PH is balanced and thats not all. With a very tremendous amount of Foaming power and cleaning ability.

This production will be about 32-35 liters and the outcome is very Viscous, foaming, clear, gelly and glossy.

The video illustrates all you need but i will leave all components in the description box to help you remake this perfectly.


Recipe 32-35 liters outcome.

Total water was 32 liters

Sulphonic acid 1.5liters
Texapon gel N70 (SLES) 1kg
Caustic soda 150gram
Soda ash 150gram
Natrosol powder thickener (any HEC) 150-180gram
Salt 650-700gram
Perfume 80ml to 100ml as required
Colouring optional (pink and yellow)
Sodium benzoate 250grams


I used 5liters of water (1 liter for caustic soda dilution) to make my foaming base concentrate.
25liters to make the main soap.
1 liter to dissolve soda ash
500ml to dissolve soda ash
500 ml to dissolve sodium benzoate.


Your total output may exceed 35liters
Ph of this production is 7-8


You can boost your ph with extra solution of Sodium hydroxide.
