Urad Dal : 1 Cup
Ghee : 1Cup
Water - 2 Cup

Black Cardamom (बड़ी इलायची) - 2
Cloves (लौंग) - 5
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 15 to 20
Mace (जावित्री)-1
Sweet Fennel (मीठी सौंफ) - 1 Tbspn
Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची) - 3
Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता) - 1
Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - 1

Dry Species:

Fenugreek Powder( मेथी पाउडर) - 1/4 tbspn
Turmeric Powder( हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 tbspn
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder ( कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tbspn
Coriander Powder( धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tbspn
Garam Masala Powder( गरम मसाला पाउडर) - 1/2 tbspn
Kasuri Methi (कसूरी मेथी)
Dry Coconut
Salt to Taste
