You should be a transit or transfer passenger at Changi Airport adhering to the following:
Your checked-in baggage should be through checked to your end destination.
Your layover duration should be between 5.5 to 24 hours. Your flight schedule should meet the requirements of the tour timings (refer to Tour Schedules and Itineraries on the Changi Airport website).
Please take note of the reporting time and ensure there is sufficient time upon plane disembarkation to reach the registration counter.

✈️ Transit passengers can only enter and exit Singapore once during their layover, in compliance with the regulations set by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore.
