CSAW Webinar — Source Selection Innovations and Evaluation (FY23)

While evaluating proposals can seem like a daunting task, it doesn’t have to be. We are here to share best practices for evaluating proposals while implementing source-selection innovation techniques. In this session, we will explore source-selection innovations and how you can easily use them to identify the best possible proposal(s) for award.

A CSAW is a highly structured, facilitated workshop built around a specific acquisition and its multifunctional integrated project team (IPT). The workshop walks the complete team through the performance-based acquisition (PBA) process. The primary focus of a CSAW is to get all members of the acquisition team or IPT contributing and working together to accomplish the necessary work.

CSAWs focus on:
• Getting actual work product started (and possibly completed)
• Giving the team the tools (knowledge, skills, and understanding) to continue the process through to completion
• Building a team commitment to continuing to work together
