Why do so many men still avoid therapy? Because the stigma around men’s mental health runs deep—and it’s costing lives. In this video, Dr. Dan Kessler unpacks the cultural messages that tell men to “tough it out” and explains why seeking therapy is actually a sign of strength, not weakness. 💬
From internalized pressure to stay silent to the myth that vulnerability equals failure, we break down the real reasons men hesitate to get help—and how to move past them.
✨ Therapy isn’t about being broken. It’s about building strength, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
If you’ve ever been told to "man up" or felt like asking for help made you less of a man, this video is for you.
🧠 It’s time to rewrite the story.
👊 Let’s normalize men getting the mental health support they deserve.
💬 Have you or someone you care about struggled with the stigma of therapy? Share your story in the comments—we're listening.
