Squirrel Stew (Hmong Style)

It's been awhile! I've been super busy with work but finally got this video some of you have been requesting: SQUIRREL STEW!

My uncle just got back from hunting in California and decided to make the family his take on squirrel stew. If you get a chance on getting any wild squirrel, try this recipe out! My uncle doesn't have exact measurements so take a look at my blog to see the recipe if you want exact measurements. How do you guys and gals cook yours at home? Have you tried squirrel before?
