Update (12/4/14)

-Take Mind bender as your 45 talent. The mana return is too good to pass up, as well as the mind bender itself does a lot of damage and this can help your team land kills. Use mind bender on cool down. If done properly, you won't go OoM.

Word of Mending is still the correct level 100 talent choice. I don't see Saving Grace being viable enough to replace free prayer of mending every 10 seconds. (1 spell per global x 10 stacks = 1 Free PoM). Clarity of Will is good at low MMRs however, the entire (50k - 150k) shield can be dispelled in one go, so this negates it's benefits against good teams that actually play the game properly.

-For the 75 talent, power infusion is a viable option. During times of heavy burst, power infusion can be popped to allow for increased flash heal spamming to keep up. Disc has a good time negating damage, but trouble actually healing through it.
