1 TSP red chilli
1 TSP cumin
1 TSP garam masala
1 TSP chaat masala
salt to taste
lemon juice 1/2 small
food colour optional

3 medium onion
3 medium red tomato
1 TSP red chilli
1 TSP gingervgarlic
1 TSP cumin
1 TSP garam masala
1 tbsp coriander
salt as per gravy
7 to 8 cashews
coal for smoke
coriander leaves garnishing
