Due to the outpour of support on the “Bae is in Prison” video, I decided to do a follow up video to help some of the ladies that have reached out to ask for advice in regard to communicating with their significant other, boo, bae, husband, or family member that is locked up. In this video I discuss phone etiquette and options for supporting your loved one in the form of commissary, care packages, pictures, and letters. It is still possible to keep in contact, if your loved one has lost their commissary rights. But it can be more difficult. Please comment down below to share your experiences. I have knowledge because of my past relationship dealing with someone that went in and out of prison.

Ladies (and gents), remember to love yourself no matter what. Lean on your support system, and do what is best for you and your children, (if you have them).
