【DIY】トリマーを使って作る ビスを使わない『ほぞ継ぎ』加工の作り方　トリマーだから作業は簡単で精度も正確

『ほぞ継ぎ』は通常 ノコギリやノミなどを使って熟練の技術を持ってないと難易度高い？
って思う方も多いかと思いますが今回は電動工具『トリマー』を使って木材接続で多く使う、ほぞ加工を紹介しました

今回の加工は木材の3箇所に加工を施しホゾを作る『三方胴付き平ほぞ継ぎ（接ぎ）』という加工をしました

通常はホゾを作る際はクランプなどの固定器具を使いノコギリでカットしたりノミやヤスリで少しずつ調整をして高い精度が求められるのですがトリマーを使うとビットの出幅を調整するだけで簡単に綺麗で精度が高いサイズのホゾ作成が可能になります

このトリマーを使ってホゾを製作するときのポイントとして
両サイドの向かい合う面を数回に分けて加工を行い目標の加工寸法を加工するビットの出幅に到達すると、その出幅を維持して同じビット出幅でそれぞれの面を加工することによって全体の木材幅に対して精度が高い均等な加工ができます

そしてトリマー購入時に付属のトリマーガイドでも加工は可能ですが
