Always choose a grounded position such as a rug or carpet, yoga mat or bed to do any form of Breathwork practice to ensure physical safety.

Possible side effects may include dizziness, fainting, changes in body temperature, disorientation, tingling, carpopedal spasms, cramping, emotional release, feeling physical, mental, energetic and/or emotional triggering and/or vulnerability.
