Longest Van Life Convoy - 4 VANS ONE JOURNEY / VAN LIFE VLOG with Yeti.the.van

In this weeks film we are traveling in convoy with 3 other vans through the Eastern Cape. Visiting some new campsites and sharing our encounters along the way, As we travel around South Africa full time in our tiny home on wheels.

After leaving vanfest last week with some friends we headed down a dirt road towards our first campsite. Yellow Sands Campsite. Not knowing what to expect as most days go when living in a van. We checked in and went to find a spot with a sea view but came across a full campsite and couldn’t find anything where we could all fit together so we ended up driving to their riverside camp which isn’t where we wanted to end up but was still a pretty spot.

We had planned to shoot a whole bunch at this stop but with bad weather for most of our stay we were cooped up in our van with nothing much to do other than work. Once again adapting to ever changing Vanlife moments… on our last day we woke up to sun, said goodbye to some friends who were parting ways and then hit the road on route to Cannon Rocks.

After setting up camp at Cannon Rocks we decided to go for a walk on the beach that was just across the road from the campsite. We found some epic sand dunes!!

We arrived at Addo Elephant National Park, entering through the gate near Colchester which meant a 40km drive through the park before heading to camp. We saw some amazing wild life in the park but this was just our first game drive of 3. Loads to come! We got to our campsite for the next two nights, got to work and the had a braai around Yeti.

We woke up with the sun the next morning and headed out for a game drive as the gate opened. We went straight to one of the dams in hope of animals drinking, we made some coffee and waited.
