Welcome into your favorite boyband 's interval aka skepterval session in Thialf today. Some say that the lactic acid will never leave their legs again. That's to give you a little indication of how though the session was. Barfing was more likely to occur then laughing today, but we still had fun never the less.

A few statistics from today:
Fastest lap on camera today was a 25,8. It was in the second lap of the 900m, skated by Thomas and Jur. After that was a 26,1 from big P aka Mip aka Pim.
