In this video, we’ll understand the complete process of Stock Requisition, an essential part of Inventory Management.

A Stock Requisition is a document that allows a Substore User to request inventory items that are not available in their current stock. Whenever the substore runs out of certain materials or products, the user creates a requisition to request those items from the Head Store.

However, this request does not directly reach the Head Store. The substore user must first send it for approval.
Until the requisition is approved, it remains within the substore system. Once the approval is completed, the Head Store receives the requisition and can then issue or transfer the requested items.

This process helps in maintaining:
