Mayo & Chutney Chicken

This is a very quick and easy delicious recipe for oven baked chicken

Ingredients:
8 pieces of chicken
8 Small to medium potatoes, cut in quarters (Parboil potatoes)
2 medium onions
125g of button mushrooms
1 cup Chutney
1 cup Mayonaise
2 Tbs of Cheese spread
¼ cup of Honey
1 packet Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Packet Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Cube Chicken Stock
Lemon Juice
Worcestershire sauce
Cream
Salt and spices
White wine

Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius
In a large oven dish, space your chicken
Add some lemon juice over the chicken
Add the potatoes, onion and mushrooms spread over the chicken

Sauce:
Add the rest of the ingredients together in a jug, add water to fill the jug.
Pour sauce over the chicken, ensure that the sauce goes all over, under the chicken etc.

Bake for 1 and ½ hours
